Artist Statement
I am easily distacted by what I see on my daily walks with my camera. I enjoy blending photos shot with the square format of the Hipstamatic App. Pictures transform in surprising ways through blending and layering. The symmetry and abstraction of these sometimes inspire larger abstract acrylic paintings.
